Internet of Sensing

CW (Cambridge Wireless) is the leading international community for companies involved in the research, development and application of wireless and mobile, internet, semiconductor and software technologies. The CW Content Production & Delivery Group recently held an online seminar, 'Beyond 5G - influencing 6G standards'.

One of the talks that caught my attention was 'Internet of Senses' by Professor Rahim Tafazolli, Director & Regius Professor, University of Surrey. Internet of Senses could mean something else, as we saw in the blog post here, hence I am calling this Internet of Sensing.

Embedded below is the talk in which Prof. Rahim looks at 6G Architecture with Integrated Communication & Sensing (ICS), new use cases with Interactivity, system level sensing, user level sensing, sensing challenges and ICS in Network of Networks.

His slides are available here. You can download all slides from the event page here.
